For PC/ABS, drying and melt-temperature control are important to ensure consistent color, surface quality, and mechanical performance. QUALITY ASSURANCE Visual inspection for surface uniformity, flash, short shots, sink marks, and texture consistency. Dimensional and fit-check with mating components.
