OVERVIEW Custom dual-shot / two-shot injection molded spoon and utensil components made from FDA-compliant PP and TPE materials. The hard PP shot provides structural rigidity, heat resistance, and food-safe contact performance, while the soft TPE shot adds a comfortable grip, non-slip handle, or colored accent zone. TPE overmold temperature and pressure are controlled to ensure good bonding without degrading the soft-touch material. Gate and parting-line design keep flash and weld lines away from critical food-contact and gripping surfaces. QUALITY ASSURANCE Visual inspection for color consistency, flash, short shots, delamination, and bonding defects. Dimensional check of spoon length, bowl shape, wall thickness, and handle grip zone. Food-contact material certification and testing can be provided upon request.
