Custom Injection Molding OEM Product Demonstration — From DFM to Finished Goods
This video is not a machine-run clip — it is a functional showcase of OEM plastic products we develop and manufacture for global brands. Using AutoCAD, UG, SolidWorks, and Pro/E for DFM analysis and tooling design, we turn client concepts (kitchen utilities, patented consumer devices, medical accessories, electronic enclosures) into production-ready goods.
What the video demonstrates:
• Functional overview of the OEM product (assembly, moving parts, user interaction points)
• Key design features: snap-fits, living hinges, sealed interfaces, ergonomic grips
• Material selection in action — ABS, PC, PP, PA, TPE overmold where applicable
• Molded components coming together with metal inserts, screws, and electronics (if part of the SKU)
• Sub-assembly and full-product integration on the clean line
• End-of-line check: fit test, function test, cosmetic inspection, custom packaging

• Design software: AutoCAD (2D/3D), UG, SolidWorks, Pro/E — DFM feedback within 24h
• Mold precision: ±0.01mm on critical tooling/seated dimensions (H13/S136 steel, LKM/HASCO/DME base)
• Process: single-shot, multi-cavity, insert molding, or overmolding per product requirement
• Tolerance on molded part: ±0.05mm standard; ±0.01mm after CNC finishing on seated features
• Lead time: 15–30 days for tooling + first article; mass production scaled per PO
